Privacy
Last updated October 28, 2026. This page covers the U.S. Government Directory only. My Contact Base's own privacy policy, at mycontactbase.ai/privacy.html, covers the My Contact Base service.
No accounts, no forms
You can use every page without signing in or telling us anything. The directory has no forms and asks for no personal information.
Visitor counts
We count visits with Google Analytics, as mycontactbase.ai's own public pages do, with the last part of your internet address removed. It tells us how many people looked at which pages, where they came from, and whether they went on to mycontactbase.ai. It sets cookies on mycontactbase.ai for that, and never sees anything you type, because there is nothing to type. Google's own policy covers what Google does with it.
Light or dark
If you press 🌓 (light or dark), your browser remembers your choice on your own device. Nothing is sent to us.
Links to My Contact Base
Links from here to mycontactbase.ai carry tags in their address (for example utm_source=gov-directory) so that My Contact Base's own visitor counts can tell that you came from this directory. What happens there is covered by its privacy policy.
Hosting
The directory is served by Microsoft Azure, like the rest of My Contact Base. Like any web host, it handles your browser's request (including its internet address) to deliver the page.
The people listed here
The directory lists public officials' official office contacts, as published in public records. It never lists personal addresses, phones or emails. To ask about a listing, write to privacy@mycontactbase.ai.
